Individual work has the same quality and expectations as the pieces included in the series, but stands alone. Each one uses a composition I made only once.
Study pieces are the practice work behind the series. They are where I tested materials, technique, colour and composition before making the pieces that went into it. They can be made with different paper (acid-free cellulose instead of 100% cotton) or with a different weight (200gsm instead of the more common 300gsm). The quality of paint is the same. In reality, when well taken care of, some of the study pieces may survive one generation instead of two. Nevertheless, I took good care of them during the process and storage. All study pieces come with a reduced price to reflect that difference.
