Print in Rusted Orange and Blue

This is the second print using orange and green on the gel plate. I wanted to make it look a bit more rusty and dark. The texture of the paper is shining through which gives the piece an extra dimension. I love how it turned out as it is quite calming in darker areas but with brighter colours in lighter spaces. The size is not too large to put it anywhere in your room.

Description

Hand-pulled layered mono print on 200gr non-archival watercolour paper.

Acrylic paint layered and textured on a gel plate and printed on paper. The print has a satin varnish finish which protects the paint from UV and colours stay true for a longer period of time.

About A4 size 8 x 10″ (20.3 x 25.4 cm)

Original and unique print. These types of prints only can be made once due to the nature of materials. There are no other prints derived from this piece.

Shipped without frame.

The best way to take care of the print is to frame it behind glass, hang it in the shadow with as low humidity as possible for longest life.
